Ashley Trevisani

Ashley’s journey with yoga, breathwork, and meditation began in 2012, and she has been sharing her practice through teaching for the past seven years. Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, she followed her calling to the Coast Mountains, immersing herself in the rainforest and finding inspiration in the surrounding peaks. Her teaching style balances intuition with practicality, merging rest and relaxation with precise alignment to create a grounding experience.

Ashley finds inspiration in the intensity of hot yoga and the fluidity of dynamic vinyasa flow, drawing on the wisdom of Ashtanga, Bikram, and Forrest Yoga. Each class is a journey, skillfully building toward a peak pose with a sequence that nurtures strength and ease.

Beyond the mat, Ashley channels her passion for movement into sport-specific training, aligning yoga with climbing, cycling, and snowboarding—activities that thrive in the Sea to Sky region. In her spare time, you’ll find her exploring the natural beauty that surrounds her, constantly inspired by the journey within and the vast world outside.

Elle TenHolder

Elle's yoga journey began serendipitously in 2012 in Tulum, Mexico, where a chance encounter with a traveling mother introduced her to the practice. This first class sparked a profound awareness of movement and breath, reinforcing Elle's lifelong commitment to health and wellness.

Her practice has evolved through various styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Moksha yoga, each enriching her understanding and approach. In 2018, Elle deepened her commitment by completing a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Anusara at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts. She continues to expand her knowledge through online studies with esteemed instructors, integrating diverse teachings into her classes.

For Elle, yoga transcends physical postures; it's a holistic practice that nourishes the mind, body, and soul. When she's not on the mat, Elle enjoys immersing herself in nature, diving into captivating educational books, going on long runs, and cherishing time with friends and family.
